Israel Jean Orval "Red" Gravelle - Born December 7, 1927 in Aylmer, Quebec - Died January 18, 1997 in Trenton, Ontario was a Canadian ice Hockey left winger, coach and referee.
- Winter Olympics Gold Medal Champion 1948 with Ottawa RCAF Flyers.
Gravelle was 20, and was the youngest member of the team, and played in 8 Olympic ice Hockey games, scoring 3 goals and 4 penalty minutes.
Orval Gravelle was an inaugural member of the Quinte West Sports Wall of Fame in 2009.
NOTE
Gravelle's Olympic Gold Medal and Hockey Sweater were donated to the Trenton Air Force Museum.
