Patrick John Joseph "Pat" Burns - Born April 4, 1952 in Montreal, Quebec - Died November 19, 2010 in Sherbrooke, Quebec was a ice Hockey coach.

- Prince of Wales Trophy Champion 1989 with Montreal Canadiens (coach), 2003 with New Jersey Devils (coach).
- Jack Adams Award Winner 1989, 1993, 1998.
Burns coached 1,019 regular season NHL games, winning 501, losing 353 with 151 ties and 149 NHL playoff games, winning 78, losing 71.
Pat Burns was was posthumously inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2014.
