Vilallonga won seven European Cups (six with Reus and one with Barça), five Leagues (all with Reus) and five Spanish Cups (four with Reus and one with Barça). In addition, he won a club World Cup with Barça. He was also a pillar of the Spanish team of the 1960s and early 1970s, with which he won four World Championships, a European Championship, two Nations Cups and an Iberian Cup.
