Joseph Alexander "Joe" Bell - Born November 27, 1923 in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba – Died February 17, 2014 in Seattle, Washington was a Canadian/American ice Hockey left winger.

Calder Cup finalist 1948 with Buffalo Bisons.

Bell made his NHL debut with the New York Rangers on October 31, 1942 vs Toronto Maple Leafs at Maple Leaf Gardens in a 7-2 Toronto win. Bell had 1 assist.

Bell scored his 1st NHL goal vs Paul Bibeault of the Montreal Canadiens at 13:47 of the 2nd period at Madison Square Garden in a 4-3 OT Rangers win.

Joe Bell was inducted into the Manitoba Hockey Hall of Fame in 2001.
