Canada went undefeated at the 1955 World Ice Hockey Championships held in West Germany from February 25 to March 6.

Canada went 8-0, allowing only 6 goals against and were the highest scoring team with 66 goals.

Bill Warwick was named by the directorate as the "Best Forward"

Goaltender Ivan McLelland recorded four shutouts in eight games.

Canada - Gold, Soviet Union - Silver, Czechoslovakia - Bronze.
