Roderick McLeod Flett (1873–1927), defenseman (point) with the Winnipeg Victorias of the Manitoba Hockey Association.
Flett had a 10-year career with the Winnipeg Victorias between 1893–1903, winning three Stanley Cup challenge series with the team in 1896, 1901 and 1902.
Between 1897–1903 he was joined on the Victorias by his younger brother (and fellow defenseman) Magnus Flett (1878–1950).
