Vladimír 'Maco' Dzurilla - Born August 2, 1942 in Bratislava, Slovakia – Died July 27, 1995 in Düsseldorf, Germany was a Slovak ice Hockey goaltender, coach (played for Czechoslovakia).

- Winter Olympics Silver Medal Winner 1968 with Czechoslovakia.

- Winter Olympics Bronze Medal Winner 1964, 1972 with Czechoslovakia.

- IIHF World Championships Gold Medal Winner 1972, 1976, 1977 with Czechoslovakia.

- IIHF World Championships Silver Medal Winner 1965, 1966 with Czechoslovakia.

- IIHF World Championships Bronze Medal Winner 1963, 1969, 1970 with Czechoslovakia.

At the 1965 IIHF World Championships, Dzurilla was named Best Goaltender.

Dzurilla was named to the IIHF World Championship Media All-Star Team in 1965 and 1969.

Dzurilla holds the Czechoslovak Extraliga record for goalies with 571 games played during a 19 year period.

Dzurilla represented Czechoslovakia 139 games.

Vladimír Dzurilla was inducted into the Czech Hockey Hall of Fame in 2010.
