New York Hockey Club in the 1896–97 season.

New York Hockey Club was not a member of the American Amateur Hockey League during its inaugural 1896–97 season but instead played exhibition games against different ice hockey clubs. The club would be a member of the AmAHL from 1897–98 and onwards.
