William Charles "Lady" Taylor (1880–1942), centre-fielder of the Brantford Lacrosse Club in 1903, the year Brantford finished as runner-ups to the Montreal Shamrocks for the Minto Cup.

"Lady" Taylor was also a prolific ice hockey player, scoring the second most goals (behind only Lorne Campbell) in the International Hockey League's history between 1904 and 1907.
