India Field Hockey Goalkeeper Shankar Lakshman makes save at Birmingham Invitational XI Tournament June,1966.

NOTE
Shankar Lakshman was the first goalkeeper to become captain of an international Hockey team and was awarded the Arjuna award and the Padma Shri by the Indian government.
He won Gold Medals at 1956 and 1964 Summer Olympics and a Silver Medal at 1960 Summer Olympics with India Field Hockey.
