Horace Partridge Goalie Glove - late 1940s to early1950s

Horace Partridge & Company was based in Boston, Massachusetts at various addresses. Originally established in 1847 as Horace Partridge Fancy Goods, he then expanded the business with his son Frank and son in law Benjamin Hunt in 1884, becoming Horace Partridge & Co.

They were importers, retailer and manufacturers.
They imported china, bohemian glass, toys, musical instruments and christmas presents and much more.

They also manufactured or contracted the manufacturing of sporting goods.

Horace Partridge died in 1902.
