Inter-county ice hockey game on March 8, 1911 at the Manchester Ice Palace in Cheetham Hill, Manchester (England).

Text in March 9, 1911 issue of the Manchester Courier and Lancashire General Advertiser reads:

"Inter-County Ice Hockey" – "The Yorkshire Ice Skating Association's picked ice hockey team played a representative team from Lancashire at the Cheetham Ice Rink yesterday afternoon. The game was mostly one-sided, Lancashire winning with the greatest ease. Our picture shows the "bully off.""

"Bully off" was an older term for what's later known as a "face-off," meaning facing off to start the play.
