Abergavenny Hockey Club was first established in October, 1897.
The Abergavenny Hockey Club is one of the oldest Hockey clubs in Wales.
The first club meetings were held in The Angel Hotel, which was established in Abergavenny in 1829.
The Abergavenny Hockey Club was originally a Men's Hockey Club only.
