PRESIDENT Administator 1302 posts	posted about 12 years ago #1 A Universal Newsreel released April 1, 1937, of that night’s Madison Square Garden game between the hometown New York Rangers and visiting Montreal Maroons. The Rangers won this first game of the team’s Stanley Cup semifinal, ousting the Maroons in two straight before losing the Cup final to the Detroit Red Wings in five games
