Defenseman Charles Cathmer "Charlie" Ross (1884–1938), captain of the 1902–03 Ottawa Army Medical Corps team.

Charlie Ross went on to play for Pittsburgh Bankers (WPHL), McGill University Redmen (CIAU), Pittsburgh Professionals (IHL), and Ottawa Victorias (FAHL) between 1903–1908.

Ross figured on the Ottawa Victorias when they challenged unsuccessfully for the Stanley Cup in January 1908 against the Montreal Wanderers.
