On the right sleeve of the jersey is a round patch that says - EVERYBODY AT LEAST 10% IN WAR BONDS

Red Almas who is in jacket and tie on left side of photo was the Red Wings practice goalie for 2 seasons, but did not get his name on the Stanley Cup in 1943. He did eventually play 3 NHL games after the War years.
