The 1914–15 season was the second year of an agreement by the NHA and the PCHA where the champion of each league would compete for the Stanley Cup. All three games in this series were played in Vancouver, British Columbia, with the Millionaires sweeping the best of five series in three games. Game 1 played on March 22, 1915, was won by a score of 6 to 2 for Vancouver. Game 2 played on March 24, 1915, was again won by Vancouver, with a score of 8 to 3. Vancouver swept the series in game 3, played on March 26, 1915, with a score of 12 to 3. Game 1 & 3 were played by NHA rules, and game 2 was played by PCHA rules. All 3 games were played at Denman Arena in Vancouver.

Jean Matz’s name is on the Stanley Cup, but he played only one regular season game with the Millionaires before being sent to the minors. Si Griffiths did not play in the Stanley Cup playoffs due to a broken ankle.
