Henry G. Lapham was an American businessman who was founding president of the Boston Garden-Arena Corporation and a major sports promoter in Boston during the 1920s and 1930s.

In 1924 he was elected first vice chairman of the American Olympic Association.

Lapham joined the Boston Athletic Association in 1914. He was the BAA's vice president from 1918 to 1920. Lapham then served as president from 1920 to 1926.

Autograph was removed from the album of 1924 Olympian Boxer Ben Rothwell, and he obtained it in person on the steam ship "America" as he and the other Olympians were on their way to compete in the 1924 games. The entire album was authenticated by PSA/DNA and sold through Heritage Auctions.
